Welcome to LuxeGlow Studio B.V. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website annexasfvl.life and the services provided by LuxeGlow Studio B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with registration number 17896432 and VAT number NL187404549B09.

By accessing our website, booking our services, or visiting our studio located at Parkweg 238, 2559 ZP The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

LuxeGlow Studio provides professional beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Facial treatments and skincare services
• Beauty consultations and skin analysis
• Wellness and relaxation treatments
• Beauty packages and combination treatments
• Related beauty and wellness services

All services are provided by qualified professionals in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Appointment Booking

• All appointments are subject to availability
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot
• Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or SMS

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

3.3 Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability. Full charges will apply regardless of treatment duration.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Debit and credit cards
• Bank transfers (for advance bookings)
• Gift vouchers

4.2 Pricing and Fees

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged

4.3 Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
• Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Health Disclosure

Clients must disclose:

• Any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect treatment
• Pregnancy or nursing status
• Recent cosmetic procedures or treatments
• Any skin sensitivities or reactions

5.2 Conduct

Clients are expected to:

• Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Maintain appropriate hygiene standards
• Refrain from using mobile devices during treatments
• Not attend appointments if feeling unwell

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeGlow Studio B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We maintain professional liability insurance as required by Dutch law.

7. Treatment Outcomes and Satisfaction

While we strive to provide excellent results, individual treatment outcomes may vary. Factors affecting results include:

• Client compliance with aftercare instructions
• Lifestyle factors and home skincare routine
• Realistic expectations and treatment goals

If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
